Standard Return & Exchange Policy


Return and Exchange Period

QuStars will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unused, or undamaged merchandise within 30 days from delivery date. Returns after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging otherwise the return will not be honored. Any merchandise over 60 days are non-returnable.


Promotional Items and Bundles

Free or discounted items shipped as promotional gifts with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item in original condition as described in the Standard Return Policy. The retail value of the gifts with purchase not returned with the qualifying item will be deducted from the refund or credit amount. When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item is deducted from the refund amount. For instance, if you purchase a Design Case and get a $5 gift card or 50% off of a Screen Protector, the $5 value of the gift card or the total value of the Screen Protector would be subtracted from the refund.


When an item included as part of a promotional bundle is returned, the bundled discount is void and the value of the bundled discount will be applied to the refund. This occasionally results in additional funds being owed to QuStars. For instance, if you receive 15% in savings when you purchase a Heavy Duty Case and Charger as a bundle and you return either item, the 15% amount will be subtracted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items and Services

Merchandise is not returnable without a copy of the original receipt or Invoice. We electronically secure your information solely for the purpose of returns management, in accordance with state and federal laws regarding consumer privacy. If you do not have a copy of the original receipt or Invoice, contact a customer service specialist to obtain a referral number. Services are not refundable once the design is in production.

  • Items that is damaged or abused
  • Etched or otherwise personalized items
  • Items that are missing tools or parts
  • QuStars gift wrap service is not refundable
  • Custom packaging service is not refundable

Upon Delivery

If you receive a damaged package, damaged product or incorrect item(s), contact a Customer Service Specialist no later than 5 business days after receipt. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately.


Refusal of Delivery

If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by QuStars. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of the package. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping fee under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged during shipping.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.


Refund Method

Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original payment. However, if you were to exchange and the new item is less than the original item price. The difference will be refunded to your PayPal account or credit card.


QuStars reserves the right to deny any return. When a different policy is in effect, you will be informed of those differences prior to purchase. Please contact us if you have any questions.
