QuStars Shipping Policy

Same Day Shipping

Order by 4 p.m. eastern-time and your order ships the same day! Delays occur only if we are out of stock. You will be notified of any delays. This offer only applies to orders shipped within the continental 48 states.

This prompt delivery applies to most in-stock merchandise orders if we receive and process your credit card before 4:00 p.m. eastern-time Monday through Friday. Credit card orders for in-stock merchandise received after 4:00 p.m. eastern-time Friday, weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Merchandise not available for same day shipping usually ships within two business days after your credit card order has been processed. Custom orders will be shipped promptly upon receipt from the manufacturer.

Shipments are made by USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL from our warehouse to its destination. Delivery will not be made on weekends unless special delivery is arranged. This service is available at an extra cost to certain areas specified by our carriers. Please contact us for availability to make arrangements. No shipments will be made on holidays.

Shipping Rates

The shipping rate will be based on the weight of the product(s) & location. During the checkout process after you enter the destination of the shipment. You will be shown what the cost of shipping will be from different shipping carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. Along with other shipment rates such as express & International.

Free Shipping & Discounts

QuStars often offer free shipping on promotional items, featured products or select merchandise. When item is marked as free shipping the item will be shipped through UPS, FedEx or USPS. Free shipping offer does not apply to orders being shipped in an expedited manner. We will only pay for your shipping charges if you choose Free shipping methods. In addition, we will continue to offer our low prices on all of our products. This offer only applies to orders shipped within the continental 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and all International orders are not subject to this offer.

Wholesalers & Distributors may qualify for shipping discount when purchasing in bulks. This offer only applies to orders shipped within the continental 48 states. Please consult with your Sales Associate for details.

International Shipping & Delivery Times

QuStars gladly ship to any country worldwide. If you order it, we‘ll deliver it. International shipping rates will be calculated during checkout. If you have trouble processing an International order, Please contact us for assistance.

We cannot guarantee shipping to foreign countries. We will ship your international order within 3 to 7 business days from our warehouse, depending on the availability of the item(s) you have ordered. Shipping time and delivery ultimately depends on your own customs authority as well as your own mail delivery system. We cannot trace your order/package once it is in your country. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost by the mail carriers in your country.

We ship all in-stock items within 3 to 7 business days from our warehouse. If your order contains a personalized item(s), shipping may be delayed up to 5 additional business days. Delivery of your order ultimately depends on the customs process and the mail system within your country. Generally speaking, delivery times average 7-14 business days once your order has shipped from our warehouse.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment

Tracking Your Order

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. You can also check the status of your order anytime in Order Status. We will also send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. Email is sent after the first UPS scan, if UPS is shipping carrier. The email will include the UPS tracking number. Otherwise an email with a tracking number for every shipment will be sent to you. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

QuStars is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged or incomplete placement or confirmation of orders, or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone or transmission failures of any kind that may limit a person's ability to place an order. QuStars reserves the right to deny any order. When a different policy is in effect, you will be informed of those differences prior to purchase. Please contact us if you have any questions.
